Mobile or Displaced Tooth:

  • If you are learnt how and still feel confident, move the tooth
back to it’s original position in a calm patient.
  • If you are not sure, do not try to move the tooth; only ask the
patient to close the mouth and bring the teeth together carefully
    and slowly.
  • The tooth will return to its natural position if the displacement
is minor. If the patient cannot bite down or the  tooth does not return to its original position stop it! go to dentist immediately.

Fractured Tooth / Knocked Out Tooth:

  • Look for the tooth / Fractured piece, put it in a container
with saline, cold milk or patient’s saliva to keep it moist and alive.
  • Do not use other liquids. Then go to a dentist immediately.
